Chavez's ministers detailed arrangements of the tour to Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia

Six ministers of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, detailed today in a rare television appearance the 46 agreements signed during the tour he met between Monday and Friday by Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia.
